We don’t nickel and dime our clients. We don't charge any initial start-up fees, leasing fees, move-in or move-out fees, no construction oversight fees, no advertising fees, etc. If we aren’t collecting rent for you we aren’t getting paid.
Our Management fees:
6% of rents collected if monthly rent per unit is greater than $2,495.00
7% of rents collected if monthly rent per unit is $2,000.00-$2,494.00
9% of rents collected if monthly rent per unit is less than $2,000.00
